MOMENTUM WORKS SDN BHD was established in 2004 to venture into industrial electrical services. Since the directors have vast experience in the electrical service business, they decide to expand for overseas business ventures. Their patience and perseverance was paid off when they secured their first overseas electrical service & calibration jobs in Papua New Guinea and Indonesia in 2007. 

MWSB specializes in predictive maintenance (PdM) and preventive/routine maintenance for mills/refineries, factories, warehouses, office buildings, office building/tower, business tower where continuous power supply is vital. We offer service such as electrical preventive maintenance, calibration, engineering works, parts replacement, instrumentation and calibration. 

MWSB also supplies electrical accessories & offers use of advance thermal cameras as a value added predictive service package. MWSB’s electrical and engineering teams vast experience will allow the team to perform with maximum professionalism, dedication and commitment.

To ensure efficient performance during normal services condition reliable operation to isolate fault zone during system fault condition. Our tests including insulation test, contact resistance, pressure test, timing and alignment test. 

Preventive maintenance, repair and rehabilitation, transformer life extension program through oil quality test analysis and oil reconditioning, winding test through pulse comparison method and OLTC maintenance. 

With our team of highly experienced engineers, we have expertise to investigate and resolve a wide range of faults in electrical installations.

We calibrate relays, contactors, timers etc. To maintain a high standard laboratory performance and integrity at all times, all testing equipment are subjected to stringent calibration and the calibrations are traceable to SI units of measurement. Electronic data transfer of calibration certificates and service records available.

Overhaul, boiler re-tubing and modifications servicing, repairs and Refurbishing of industrial boilers steel fabrication and pipe works. 

Servicing a wide variety of chiller sets including screw, centrifugal, reciprocating, absorption and chillers with variable speed drive. 

We specialize in palm oil and agricultural field in providing cost effective, innovative and process changing ideas to improve mill and refinery efficiencies. Turnkey projects involving design, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of projects such as water and wastewater, power generation, palm oil milling/ processing, mechanical/electrical plant installation, erection and others.
